Shipping & Delivery

3. Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date we receive the order.

3.1 Sneakers are shipped directly from Germany by DHL or DPD global service.

3.2 PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.

3.3 IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, Purchaze.com does not send replacements.

3.4 Purchaze.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Purchaze.com has no control over this.

3.5 Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Purchaze.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
Return & Exchange Policy

4.1 Returns can be made only if the sneakers/apparel are in unworn condition.

4.2 Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong shoe/apparel color or size was sent, or error on our part.

4.3 Customers must send us an eMail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the shoes/apparel if they are requesting an return.

We will eMail you instructions on how to return the shoes/apparel.

We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.

4.4 Exchanges can be made only if the sneakers/apparel are in unworn condition.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange: shoe/apparel colors are different than pictured, shoes do not fit, or I would rather have a different shoe/apparel.

4.5 Customers must send us an eMail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the shoes/apparel if they are requesting an exchange.

In case of an exchange we ask that you pay for the shipment to us and back to you. In case your desired shoe/apparel is not available anymore, you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 6 month.
Accounts, Passwords and Security

5.1 Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account . You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Purchaze.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
