1.2 Purchaze.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Purchaze.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

2.2 Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Purchaze.com express prior written consent.
3. Shipping & delivery
3.1 Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date we receive the order.
3.2 Sneakers are shipped directly from Germany by DHL.
3.3 PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
3.4 IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, Purchaze.com does not send replacements.
3.5 Purchaze.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Purchaze.com has no control over this.
3.6 Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Purchaze.com has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1 Cancellation right.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days starting from the day you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier takes the merchandise into possession. To make use of your cancellation right, we ask you inform us (Purchaze, Dietrichsfelder Straße 17, 26607 Aurich-Dietrichsfeld / Germany, Phone Number: +49 4947 - 91 78 989, Email: info@purchaze.de) and expressly declare your decision to cancel this contract (e.g. by letter or email). You can use the attached sample form if you like. This is not required however. In order to adhere to the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send off the notice stating your intention to invoke your cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
4.2 Consequences of cancellation.
Should you cancel this contract, we are committed to refund all payments you made to us, including shipping costs (but excluding additional costs incurred by selecting a different type of delivery than the most cost effective standard shipping method offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days starting from the day we receive your notice stating your intention to cancel this contract. Unless something else was expressly arranged with you, we will use the same payment method for the refund as the one you chose for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged with any fees resulting from the refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds until we have received the merchandise or until you have provided proof that .you have sent back the merchandise, depending on whatever occurs first.
The merchandise shall be sent back or returned personally immediately and at the latest within 14 days starting from the day we receive your notice stating your intention to cancel this contract. The period is considered as observed if you send off the merchandise before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs for returning.
You only need to cover the costs for potential depreciation of the merchandise if the depreciation in question results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functioning of the merchandise.
Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Purchaze.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by Purchaze.com or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your password or account.
You may not use anyone else password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that password or account. Purchaze.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

11. Governing law; Dispute resolution

Purchaze.com reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any feature, product or service to any person or geographic area. Any offer for any feature, product or service made on the Site is void where prohibited.
